These terms apply to your use of Empty to Booked at etb24.com ("the service"). By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
Empty to Booked helps you manage bookings and availability for short-term rentals across booking platforms and direct guests. During the beta the service is free. Paid plans, when they open, will be announced with their prices in advance; nothing is charged without your agreement.
Calendar sync limits
With calendar links (iCal), each platform decides how often it reads your availability — this can take from minutes to several hours. We close dates in our calendars immediately, but we cannot guarantee that a platform will not accept a booking before it reads the update. Always check your platform accounts, especially for last-minute bookings.
Your account
- Keep your login details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Give accurate information, and only connect listings you are allowed to manage.
- You are responsible for the guest data you enter and for complying with the laws that apply to it.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break in, overload it, access other customers' data, or use it for anything illegal.
Your data
Your data stays yours. See our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time by contacting us.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running, but it is provided "as is" and may have interruptions. We may change or improve features; if a change significantly affects you, we will tell you.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost bookings or overbookings. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (zero during the free beta).
Ending
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
