Empty to Booked ("we", "us") provides a channel manager and booking calendar for short-term rental hosts at etb24.com. This policy explains what data we handle and why.
What we collect
- Account data — your name, email address, business name and password (stored only as a secure hash). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and Google account identifier — nothing else.
- Your business data — units, locations, calendar links you connect, bookings, guest details you enter (such as name, phone, nationality or passport number), prices and payment status.
- Support messages — what you write to us in the website chat, and the name and email you give there.
- Technical data — IP address and basic request information, used for security (for example to block abusive sign-up attempts).
How we use it
- To run the service: syncing your calendars, closing dates across channels, showing your bookings and revenue.
- To answer your support messages.
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your guests' data for anything other than showing it back to you.
Who we share it with
- Booking platforms you connect (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia…) — only the availability information needed to keep calendars in sync.
- Service providers that host and run the service on our behalf (our server provider; Google for "Continue with Google"; Telegram when a support message is forwarded to our team).
- Authorities, if we are legally required to.
Guest data
When you store guest details, you are responsible for having a legal basis to do so and for informing your guests. We store that data only to provide the service to you.
How long we keep data
We keep your data while your account is active. Demo accounts are deleted automatically after 24 hours. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data. Contact us through the chat on etb24.com.
Security
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are hashed, and each account's data is kept separate from every other account.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for important changes, let you know in the app.
